MyTown Advertising Terms & Conditions

Please make sure you understand the terms & conditions clearly before making any commitment.

All advertisers are subjected to MyTowns' T&C's policies. 

Pre-Launch Offer

Any pre-launch offers are available until the launch dates.

The adverting commitments are for one year (12 months) from the date of the agreement. 

Any/all pre-launch offers, offers & discounts are valid for 1 year (12 months) from the date of the agreement. 

All payments or initial payments must be paid in full before the date of the agreement. 

The advertisers are responsible to provide the correct business details and required information needed for the ad/app to be completed. 

Reserve the Right

We reserve the right to withdraw and ban any advertiser without refund from the marketing platform if they are found to be displaying any offensive messages or causing abuse of any kind.

We also reserve the right to withdraw and ban any advertiser without refund from the marketing platform if they are found using the platform for any other purpose than to promote their business in an ethical manner under the discernment of Marketing Madness (owners of MyTown).

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw and ban any advertiser without refund from the marketing platform from any political or religious organizations, sexual acts or of violent or offensive nature of any content of any kind. Advertising cannot exploit sensitive political or religious issues for commercial gain or promote extreme political or extreme religious agendas or any known associations with hate, criminal or terrorist activities.

We reserve the right to uphold law protected by the European Convention on Human Rights Act, Human Rights Act & the United Nations General Assembly Act, giving corporations or individuals the right to refuse service to customers based on their “sincerely held religious beliefs.”

MyTown will not accept advertisers that, in our sole opinion, is not in good taste. We will not permit the placement of an app for illegal or objectionable products or services, or advertising that is of a hate nature or offensive to any individual or group of individuals based on age, color, national origin, race, religion, sex, or disability.

We also reserve the right to refuse any advertisement we deem competitive or contrary to the best interests of the company.

Priority Listings

PROApps sites are listed at the top of all the listings in each category. APPSITE+PLUS then APPSITElight in that order are all listed above the SHOWCASE Ads in all the listing of each category. 

Complaints

Any and all complaints will be dealt with through the proper channels. send all complaints to complaint@mytown.link, it will be looked into it within 48 business hours of receiving the complaint. We promise to investigate all complaints without prejudice.

No advertising shall be permitted that may injure the good name or reputation of MyTown, Marketing Madness or any of its sister companies.

Cancelation & Unauthorised Cancelation

All app customers have the right to cancel at any time. All customers must notify MyTown or Marketing Madness 21 days before the next payment is due. Marketing Madness will confirm your request with a cancel authorisation number. Only then cancellation can be authroised.

Authorised cancellations will not occur any fees.

Any unauthorised cancellations or any delays of payments will result in a non-authorised cancellation fee, charged on a weekly basis. Unauthorised delays of payment will result in the suspension of the app service, which will also occur monthly suspension fees.

The re-launching of an app after suspension will occur further fees.

Showcase Display Ad

(Interactive & Static)

The advertiser will be provided with a full-screen ad with the option of having; One-Touch-Calling Feature* - Direction Finder* - Email & Web Links* - Testimonial Section* - Video & Audio* (*Interactive Only).

The contract is for one year (12 months) from the date of the agreement. The Showcase advertiser can upgrade at any time.

Amendments are free within reason as long as the advertiser does not take advantage or abuse this service. Otherwise, there could be an extra charge for overuse of changes under the discernment of Marketing Madness.

Our Guarantee To You!

- STOP at Any Time -

If a Showcase advertiser is unhappy with the service, a Showcase advertiser can stop at any time. Notify MyTown or Marketing Madness 21 days before the next payment is due.

If an app customer is not happy with the service within the first 21 days from the agreed date, a full refund would be given excluding any cost towards any non-refundable services.

Please make sure you are happy with the agreement before parting with any money.

APPSITElight, +PLUS & the PROAPP

The advertiser will be provided with a fully functional web App (PWA) built and displayed all within the marketing platform.

The contract is for one year (12 months) from the date of the agreement. The advertiser can upgrade at any time.

Access is given through a password protected back-office for any amendments and changes.

All changes and amendments are the responsibility of the advertiser.

The initial design, layout, and setup of the app are included in the package, including the maintenance and running of the site. But Does Not Include The Population Of The Site, The adding of; products or dishes and product information within the product info pages or the menu feature, mobile shopping and food ordering features, is the customer's responsibility.

Assistance with the population of the site may be chargeable under the discernment of Marketing Madness.

Priority Listings - APPSITE PRO sites are listed at the top of the listings in each category. APPSITE+PLUS then APPSITElight in that order are listed above the SHOWCASE Ads in the listing of each category.

Notify MyTown or Marketing Madness 21 days before the next payment is due.

If an app customer is not happy with the service within the first 21 days from the agreed date, a full refund would be given excluding any cost towards any non-refundable services.

Due to our very low setup and design fee, we are unable to offer a 'full' refund after the first 21 days for the initial set up. Any refund given would be subjected to deductions for cost towards any non-refundable services and would be on a prorated basis. ie; any printing, AdCard costs or video production costs etc.

Please make sure you are happy with the agreement before parting with any money.

Our Price Promise Guarantee!

(Does not include Showcase Ad customers)

Our price promise does not include the 'Marketing Suite' packages, or other discounted or gifted products or services like the AdCard or the Showcase Ad, etc.

Our price promise is only for our 'App' products. The price you pay (excluding any added extra offers) will hold for two years or twenty-four months, or until otherwise agreed or until the terms allowed, as long as you continue to stay a customer and pay your monthly payments or any yearly fees within the agreed renewal due date.
